Commission InformationPosted on 24 April 2008 at 7:13 PMC O M M I S S I O N . S T A T U S All commissions are closed at the moment. T E R M S . & . C O N D I T I O N S ▌All commissions are for your (the commissioner's) personal and non-profit use. While the characters rights are yours, I have the rights to the artwork itself. ▌Traditional commissions may be mailed to you. If so, you have to pay shipping and handling costs alongside the commission price. However, should something happen to a traditional commission during its shipping (i.e. natural disasters or random acts of God), I will not be held responsible for it. ▌Digital commissions will be sent to you in a high resolution file. I will not make prints for you. ▌Limit of 2 characters per commission. ▌Commissions come with minimal backgrounds. I'm not very good at them, and I'm afraid that if I'm asked to do a complex background, I'll just screw it up. That means an unhappy commissioner. :[ ▌Once your slot is confirmed, please send character information within 2 weeks. If information is not received by then, you will be moved down to the Frozen Slots list, and the next willing commissioner will take your spot. You will be given sufficient reminding in that 2 week wait. After one week after being moved to the Frozen Slots, and I still don't have information, you will lose your slot. ▌I work at varying speeds, depending on my schedule with school and my job. I'm generally willing to give updates on the commission if it's taking longer than expected, but I'm not a slave and will not tolerate constant pestering and rushing. ▌Unless I am the one canceling the commission, I do not give refunds. ▌Payment is required before I start on the commission. If payment is not received within the time allotted, you will be moved to the Frozen Slots list for 2 more weeks. If payment still hasn't been given, you will lose your slot. ▌All commissions will have my signature and/or my name and/or appropriate copyrights discreetly placed within the artwork. No exceptions. W I L L . D R A W ▌Original characters (preferred) - If you request a character that does not belong to you, you are required to obtain permission from the creator and provide me with a way of contacting them so I can confirm your permission. I reserve the right to deny any request of one of my original characters without question. ▌Fanart - please note that I'm more comfortable drawing on fandoms that I'm familiar with. If I don't know the fandom, it may result in a less than satisfactory commission from me. If you're unsure as to whether or not I'm familiar with the fandom, don't hesitate to ask. ▌Shounen-ai / Soft yaoi / Het / Shoujo-ai ▌Preferably males (I'll draw females, but I can't guarantee they'll look good :B) ▌Chibis ▌Gijinka (humans with animal body parts) W I L L .
